Three services. Each with a defined scope, a deliverable and a fixed price agreed before we start.
Digital automation
We turn repetitive tasks into processes that run on their own, or in three clicks.
Who it is for
Freelancers and small firms repeating the same manual work every week.
What it includes
A step-by-step review of the current task and how much time it costs
Automation inside the tools you already use (spreadsheets, forms, email, calendar)
Templates and forms that fill the data in for you
Automatic reminders and deadline alerts
One-page documentation so anyone on your side can run it
What you receive
The automated process running in your own tools, plus a short usage guide and 30 days of adjustments included.
Illustrative example
A workshop receives orders by email and copies them by hand into a spreadsheet. It is replaced by a form that writes the row, alerts the person in charge and sends the confirmation to the customer.
We write and organise your written communication with clients, suppliers and public offices.
Who it is for
Anyone who needs to write well and fast, in one or several languages, without losing half a day.
What it includes
Drafting of professional letters, emails and replies
A plain-language explanation of the letter or document you received
Reusable templates for the messages you send most often
A version in Spanish, English, German or Arabic, adapted in meaning rather than translated word for word
A tone check before you send
What you receive
Texts ready to send and templates in the format you normally use (document, email, or your own tool).
Illustrative example
An official letter arrives in dense administrative Spanish. We explain what it asks for and by when, and prepare the reply ready to sign and send.
We do not provide legal, tax or financial advice: we write and organise. When a matter calls for that judgement, we tell you to consult a licensed professional.
We bring order to the information, documents and deadlines of your business.
Who it is for
Small businesses without a permanent admin person.
What it includes
Documents and data organised in a clear structure
Tracking of deadlines, renewals and missing documents
Appointment coordination and confirmations
Preparation of the information your accountant or clients ask for
A one-page status report at an agreed interval
What you receive
A living tracking system (sheet or board) with owners and dates, plus the periodic report we agree on.
Illustrative example
A freelancer with fifteen clients loses track of which contract expires and which document is missing. A single board is set up with dates, owner and advance warning.
Every job is quoted on its real scope after the 15-minute call. We do not publish fixed rates because the work varies a lot from case to case: you always get the price in writing before we start, with no surprise charges.
