1. Data controller
Data you send through this site is processed by the owner identified in the legal notice:

2. Data we collect
Through the contact form: name, email address, subject and message content. Through the LARA waiting-list form: the email address only.
For security reasons the server receiving the form temporarily records the source IP address and the time of submission, solely to limit bulk or automated sending. That record is kept for a maximum of 24 hours.
No sensitive data is requested and this site is not used to receive documents. If you send documents by email within an engagement, they are handled as described in section 5.
3. Purpose and legal basis
Contact form data is used only to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, for the professional relationship arising from it. The legal basis is your express consent given via the checkbox, under article 6(1)(a) GDPR, together with legitimate interest in site security for the technical log described above.
Waiting-list addresses are used only to notify you when LARA opens. No newsletters or unrelated commercial messages are sent.
4. Processors and third parties
The following providers act as processors and handle data only on our instructions:
- Cloudflare, Inc. — website hosting and content delivery (global network, US-based, standard contractual clauses)
- Resend, Inc. — delivery of the email generated by the contact form
- Google LLC (Gmail) — reception and storage of the owner's email
Data is never sold or shared for advertising. International transfers, where they occur, rely on the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
5. Retention
Contact messages are kept while the enquiry is open and, if it becomes an engagement, for as long as legal obligations require. Documents provided for an engagement are deleted when it ends, unless the law requires otherwise. Waiting-list addresses are deleted when LARA is released or when you ask to be removed.
6. Your rights
You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to the email address in the legal notice. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
7. Security
The site is served entirely over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). The form is also validated on the server, and provider credentials are never included in code that runs in the browser. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are in place against alteration, loss or unauthorised access.
